Exactly 3 weeks after the erection of the Multibrid M5000 tower head, the first electricity was fed into the grid of Bremerhaven's utility.

The middle tower section was installed late in the afternoon of the 25th. In the evening the nacelle and the hub were carried to their destination. On Friday the wind velocity was too high to continue with the erection. The second container was installed on the platform at the 27th followed by the top tower section.

During the night from the 23rd to the 24th of November the tower sections were carried from the Kaiser Port to their destination. In best weather conditions the lowermost tower segment was lifted with a special purpose crane onto the adapter to the concrete tower and flanged to it.

The steel sections of the tower were loaded on a barge in Bremen this morning. They will arrive this late afternoon in Bremerhaven and be carried on heavy load carriers to the construction site of the prototype.
