Alpha Ventus offshore project: First AREVA turbine installed - one small step toward a great leap forward
	After the successful installation of the six foundation structures between April 17 and June 1, the installation team sailed out with the first two tower sections on June 14. Installation was completed on July 3.

06/11/2009 – Alpha Ventus offshore project: major milestone accomplished
	AREVA Multibrid has successfully completed an important milestone in the installation of the Alpha Ventus project, Germany’s first offshore windfarm. Six tripods, the foundation structures for the 5 MW M5000 wind turbines, now tower out of the water 45 kilometers off the island of Borkum.

06/03/2009 – Foundations for the first six alpha ventus wind turbines laid
	The alpha ventus project has achieved a further milestone: on June 1 the last of six foundations for the AREVA Multibrid M5000 wind turbines was anchored successfully in the seabed at the construction site of Germany’s first offshore wind farm 45 kilometres off the coast of the island of Borkum.
